Version 2 Software Upgrade

    LINK is pleased to announce the upcoming release of LINK Martha’s Vineyard Version 2. This release offers new features, time saving enhancements, and improved reports. Over the next several weeks, look for notifications on some of the new features and enhancements that have been incorporated into this release.

Martha’s Vineyard Statistics

     LINK statistics for the first two months of 2010 show 61 recorded sales - 35 in January and 26 in February, almost double the number of sales in January 2009 (18) and February 2009 (13). The average sales price for these two months of 2010 dropped by just over 20% compared to the same two months in 2009. Even with this drop, the average sales price for residential, land and commercial cumulative sales still topped over a million dollars. The median sales price increased a modest 2% over 2009 figures.

   Impacting the overall average and median pricing of total sales to date for 2010 were foreclosure or foreclosure re-sales. These sales represented just over 12% of all sales during the first two months of 2010.
